Horror panel on “Australia talks”

Mark Ryan talks horror movies on ABC Radio National's Australia talks program today.

It's boom time for the Australian horror movie industry. Production has trebled to 60 titles in the past eight years and our particular brand of horror is becoming increasingly popular overseas. Australia Talks Movies looks into the horror genre. What's behind the increasing appetite for fright?

A panel has been formed to discuss the success of recent horror films Zombieland, and Paranormal Activity before discussion turns towards the Australian horror movie industry and films such as Wolf Creek, Daybreakers, Undead, and Rogue. The panel is comprised of film critics, psychologists, and horror movie commentators.
